Payment Process
Once we confirm that we can complete your order, we will send you a secure payment link through Stripe. You can pay online using any major debit or credit card.
Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the link to confirm and hold your spot. Because all piñatas are personalized, we cannot begin or reserve your order without full payment. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled.
PLEASE NOTE: We have limited availability each month, and some months book faster than others. Orders are scheduled based on payment confirmation to ensure every piñata is created and delivered in a timely manner.
Shipping And Delivery Information
Shipping costs and methods vary based on the size and weight of each order, as well as the delivery location. We offer different shipping options depending on your distance from Georgia.
- Standard Shipping for orders within or near Georgia.
- Extended Shipping for locations farther from Georgia.
We also offer local pickup in Unadilla, GA. If delivery to another city is requested, a small travel fee may apply, which will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer prior to delivery.
